These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website and services provided by Southern Birthing Solutions, LLC ("we", "our", or "us"), a full-spectrum Doula service provider. By accessing or using our website or services, you ("you" or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website or our services.

1. Services Provided

Southern Birthing Solutions, LLC offers full-spectrum Doula services, including prenatal support, labor and birth assistance, postpartum care, and related services. Detailed information on the specific services we provide can be found on our website or may be discussed directly with our team.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: Services are booked upon agreement between the Client and Southern Birthing Solutions, LLC. A deposit is required to confirm booking. The specific amount and due dates will be outlined at the time of booking.

  • Payment: Payments for services are due as outlined in the contract or agreement between the Client and Southern Birthing Solutions, LLC. Accepted payment methods include credit card, check, money order, cashier's check, Apple Pay, PayPal, etc. Please contact us to learn more about all available payment options.

  • Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled services are eligible for a refund as outlined in our Refund Policy (see Refund Policy page). Cancellations made after this time may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information relevant to the services, including but not limited to personal health information, birth preferences, and contact details.

  • Cooperation: The Client agrees to cooperate fully with our team, including attending scheduled meetings, keeping contact information current, and following any reasonable instructions provided for their perinatal well-being and care.

4. Confidentiality

Southern Birthing Solutions, LLC respects the privacy of all Clients and will treat all personal, medical, and other sensitive information with strict confidentiality. This information will not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent unless required by law or to provide services directly to the Client.

5. Liability and Disclaimers

  • Scope of Services: Southern Birthing Solutions, LLC is a non-medical service provider. Our Doulas are trained to offer physical, emotional, and informational support but do not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatments. The Client should always consult a healthcare provider for medical advice.

  • Limitation of Liability: Southern Birthing Solutions, LLC’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services rendered. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the services provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and other materials, is the property of Southern Birthing Solutions, LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without express written permission.
